Your pick-up checklist
Day 01 :
Arrive on time
Rental companies only allow you to get your keys at your allocated pick-up time, they'll usually hold your car for a limited time after you're due to pick it up - then it's likely to be passed to another customer.
Your pick-up time is 4:00 PM
Day 02 :
What to bring with you
When you pick the car up, you'll need:
- A passport or national ID card
- All drivers to provide their driver's licence(s)
- A credit or debit card in the main driver's name, to hold the security deposit
Day 03 :
Refundable deposit
At pick-up, the main driver will need € 500 available on their credit or debit card for a refundable security deposit. Cash not accepted.
Accepted cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express
